The Wash Vintage started as the brainchild of a New Haven native with a love for thrifting and vintage clothing. Throughout high school in the mid-2000s, he would go to thrift stores on the weekend and spend his hard-earned checks from Dairy Queen to buy up vintage sneakers, old band tees, and quality leather goods. One day, he realized that there was a huge demand for retro Jordans, and thus began reselling his thrifted finds to his friends and family. Soon, word got out that someone had the best vintage pieces for a super low price, thus spawned The Wash Vintage.
